Monitoring - We are currently monitoring an issue with our card issuance partner that is causing delays or timeouts when trying to load the SwissBorg Card within the app.

What is affected:

App Card View: Loading your card details in the SwissBorg app may take significantly longer than usual or fail to display.

Wallet Provisioning: Adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay may currently be degraded or unavailable.

What is working normally:

Card Payments: All standard card processing remains fully operational. You can continue to make purchases using your physical card, previously saved online credentials, and existing Apple Pay or Google Pay setups without interruption.
